Refund policy

RETURNS:

All returns must be authorized within 15 days from the day your order has been shipped.

All returns must be received within 12 days from the date of authorized.

All returned goods must be in the original sellable package.

Please, put the packing slips with returns to make faster processing the refund.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns, buyers pay for the shipping cost.

REFUNDS:

We will process your refund to your original payment within 2 business days, once received your returns.
